Since Alex could hold a pencil in her hand, she has always been very creative. She would spend many days drawing all things wild. Later graduating in Fine Art at Cardinal Newman College in 2008, Alex now works full time, as well as volunteering for the charity Samaritans, she will still take the time out for her ultimate passion and a chance to express herself through Art.
Alex has completed commissions for local businesses, friends and family. She has also been inspired to venture out on different kinds of compositions. When creating paintings, Alex uses bold colours and lots of expression consisting of many layers of paint to create texture and depth.
Alex will always find time to paint and be creative as she finds it is a great way to reduce anxiety and stress. She will always enjoy creating art work and seeing it up on any wall. Alex's method is still very much evolving and making mistakes is all very much part of the creative process!
If you would like a painting produced relating to nature/animals of any kind, Alex is available to take on new commissions and can be contacted on via the contact form below.
